Add a tab bar to the Buy popup.
Tabs should be "One time" and "Recurrent"
"One time" should list providers that support making a one-off purchase and link to the website that allows doing that.
"Recurrent" should list providers that support making recurrent purchases and link to the website that allows doing that.
