uv is a great rust built pip replacement (https://github.com/astral-sh/uv). Would be great to add a variable to show if the env was created by uv
I have many different projects, some which are pip managed venvs, some which are uv managed. Would be great to see the difference
I'd want to see an icon if this is a uv venv, Here's the one from the repo https://avatars.githubusercontent.com/u/115962839?s=48&v=4
[[ -z "$VIRTUAL_ENV" ]] && echo "unk" || grep -q '^uv =' "$VIRTUAL_ENV/pyvenv.cfg" && echo "uv" || echo "pip"
