Feature Request

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I have been trying to find an alternative version manager for my tools, and I was using asdf, but noticed that rtx is an asdf-compatible version: https://github.com/jdx/rtx

I'd like to see support added for it, but I'm not sure how this tool is handling asdf support (if it is). I know it seems to parse out the .ruby-version, .python-version file, etc., but not sure whether .tool-versions is suppported.

rtx is now called Mise so linked pull request should be valid.
