How to repurpose Starship variables in your shell

I would like to use some of Starship internal variables (e.g. git_branch) in my shell (e.g. Bash or PowerShell).

As Starship already made all the needed steps to determine value for git_branch, I just want to repurpose it. Is it somehow possible?
