How can I run starship only in cmder but not in cmd.exe?

I'm using Starship for almost a year and I really appreciate it!

On Windows Terminal using PowerShell it looks great, but on native windows cmd.exe it looks broken, some letters don't show properly. For this reason, I have disabled it on cmd.exe by comment the line on starship.lua in clink folder.

But now I have installed Cmder, and it runs without problems, how can I activate Starship only on Cmder but keeping it disabled on cmd?
