Create a blink sending attachment clientside.

Perhaps a noob question: what is meant by "attachment" in "blink sending attachment"? I tried to grok it via the provided links but I'm not sure it has registered.

You'd be adding blink to the wallets on the attach wallets page on SN, letting people send money from their blink wallet.
