Expected Behavior vs Actual Behavior

I have the error : URLError: <urlopen error [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify
failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1007)>
this morning on all my downloads attempts.
Yesterday it was working normally.
No changes on my computer between.
I load the darwin file version 4.2.5 from the mac OS terminal.
Mac OS : 14.4.1

Steps to reproduce - Ensure to include actual links!

I load a personal playlist, in spot DL, and all the downloads failed.
