I'm a software engineer and preparing to start my own business for engineers.

I'm currently involved in the following activities:

  • Developing open-source software (OSS) to enhance the development experience in Perl.
  • Organize YAPC::Japan, a technical conference for web engineers. And I'm a lead organizer for YAPC::Tokyo 2019, YAPC:: Japan::Online 2022, and YAPC::Hiroshima 2024.
  • Leading a working group to translate the official Perl documentation into Japanese.

These activities are impacting my short-term income and the time I have to prepare for launching my business.
