List tor .onion servers instead of linking to a third party site #42

The site that is linked in the tor section doesn't work. http://electrumserv.noip.me/onionservers.txt

Wouldn't it make more sense to just do PR for new onions instead of relying on a third party domain.

Maybe a link to https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/blob/master/electrum/servers.json would suffice,
with a hint that the one server you want to use for TOR should:

  • use V3 Onion Addresses (56 characters + .onion). Example: wsw6tua3xl24gsmi264zaep6seppjyrkyucpsmuxnjzyt3f3j6swshad.onion
  • have an s key (SSL port, usually port 5002)

Note: There is another list at https://uasf.saltylemon.org/electrum, but no clear instructions on how to generate that list for end-users.
