Description
Sourcery pane displays "...Project disabled for account // Your Open Source Sourcery accounts can't be used for private projects" and normal Sourcery functions are not available, even though project is open source, and Sourcery works fine when the same project is configured as a conventional local Pycharm project.
NB: #403 describes a different case (project files are in WSL file system on local machine, but not using 'remote development' functionality) and a different error.
Expected behaviour
Sourcery pane displays "Chat // Welcome to Sourcery's coding assistant!..." and normal Sourcery functions are available.
Or perhaps a different, specific error message if this scenario is not supported.
Steps to reproduce issue
Given WSL2 project within which Sourcery has been installed as a 'client' plugin (I don't think Sourcery works at all if installed as a 'host' plugin)
Open Jetbrains Gateway, OR Pycharm Professional >> File >> Remote Development
Under Connections >> WSL, connect to project. Note in my case, it's within WSL2 on the same local machine.

Sourcery doesn't recognise Pycharm 'remote development' WSL project as open source
Sourcery doesn't recognise Jetbrains 'remote development' WSL project as open source

Ah, I've been wondering about this for like a year. Everything I do is through WSL and I've been scratching my head about Sourcery claiming every Github project I checkout as private. Looking forward to a fix.
