Is the request just to make an scss version of wiredanchor.css? If so I can tackle that right now!

@felipebernardes I worked on this and have a nice scss feature branch created but it doesn't appear I can publish this branch and submit a PR until I'm added as a contributor.

hey @bezierer ! that's right, just an scss / less version of wiredanchor.css. To be able to do a PR, you need to fork the project and then create a PR from your forked repo.
