Link wiki pages to their website counterparts
The URL structure is finalized (for now), and the new site is live
courtesy of Netlify (and thanks to my vision of building all
documentation versions falling through because SCVersioning is old).

Replace pages migrated to website with a note
It would probably be helpful to link directly to each page's website
counterpart, but they're not published yet. The permalink structure of
the updated website is still fluctuating, so putting the direct links in
now would be a waste of time.
If someone remembers to update the links later, after the new website
goes live, that would be great! If not, well, they shouldn't be too hard
for readers to find on their own.
The module-documentation script has been moved to the website repository
and deleted from this wiki. Its instructions have likewise been moved
there, but since it was for internal use the page has been deleted
instead of being replaced with a note.
