Allow rearranging and/or splitting sections to new window #7

Currently the window positioning is fixed except for setting the hight for the dev tools. Consider allowing sections to be split in to new windows and allow for rearranging sections.

Sure, will give it a shot! Just a heads up: I have a lot on my plate right now personally so might be months before I have any updates.
