normalizing audio volume

Not sure if there is anything we can do about the audio volumes of the SCALE talks. Some speakers are softer than others, and this is probably evident when there is Q&A.

Is there a way to get them all at the same volume, either within a talk, or even across all the talks?

Here's some direct feedback about particular videos.

Thank you for uploading the video recordings so quickly. I noticed, that
the audio is not load enough in some videos, and I have to use
pavucontrol to increase the volume over 100 %. Please find the two
videos below:
