aws_route53_record validation error(s) found #1685

Description
When running the scan, an error is being reported that a route53 record contains an invalid parameter: 1 validation error(s) found.

minimum field size of 1, GetHostedZoneInput.Id, but when importing the current resource to local machine, and check the terraform.state, all parameters is setup correctly.

Environment

OS: Linux Mint 21 Vanessa
driftctl version: v0.39.0
terraform version: Terraform v1.5.4 on linux_amd64
terraform providers versions: [email protected]

How to reproduce
driftctl scan --only-unmanaged
