[Bug]: Installed on Ubuntu 23.10 GUI doesn't show readable letters

What happened?

After GIMP installation on Ubuntu with snap, the GU of the started program doesn't show any readable letters in menu and toolboxes.

What should have happened?

Fix this bug or explain how to fix this problem.
