when smart shows "computing transaction", I firmly
I turn off the power, then turn the power back on, while the RPM of the packages is restored normally, but the SMART configuration file is completely empty and nothing else can be done. The question why smart is not stable in such situations, for me the critical question is not just the integrity of the Manager's configuration, but in principle the atomicity of any operation.
