Is it possible to enforce multi-line attribute arguments?

Example from squizlabs/PHP_CodeSniffer#3656:

Before:

#[OA\Post(path: '/users/register', description: 'Create an user account')]

After:

#[OA\Post(
    path: '/users/register',
    description: 'Create an user account'
)]
