Scorpion protocol/file-format.

Some features are optional to implement, although some of these optional features should be made anyways since they are already implemented for use with Gemini, such as TLS and client certificates.

Some things are actually independent of the protocol, such as the hashed: scheme and X.509 extensions (although these features are optional anyways). If you intend to do any kind of validation of server certificates at all, then the extension to specify port numbers may be useful.

(And, if any part of the specification is unclear, then I would hope to improve it.)
