Nothing Change After Device Linking

I got and compiled the version 0.2.26.0 in the VS 2019. Executing the Signal-Windows shows the main dialog with the QR code. I scanned the QR code with my Signal account and got the success linking message. However, the Signal-Windows display stays unchanged (i.e. still showing the QR code).

Have I missed something to install/set? Do I need to get a new digital certificate for the Signal-Windows to work?

Besides, I tried to get the certificate from "https://textsecure-service.whispersystems.org" or "https://api.directory.signal.org", but the browser blocked to browse with "NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID" error.
