The publishing date/hour is not correct if the story was saved in the draft before being published.

For example: If a story is saved in the drafts on January 10th and published on January 11th, the publishing date will be January 10th.

@pradel As we saw the distinction between "creation" date (what we have right now) and "publishing" date (that we do not have yet), keep the date like it is now on the app but change the one on the email by the "sending" date.
