Description

Whilst scrolling down, the toolbar position doesn't update position until the scroll has stopped. The intended behaviour is for the toolbar to ideally stay fixed to the bottom of the visual viewport, or at the very least be hidden whilst scrolling and come into view when scrolling has ended as it is when scrolling upwards.
