Splitting images not working with lazyload

HI there

When converting to cells, I read in the docs that the image is applied as a bg image, and in that situation lazyloading not working. I am using lazysizes ('https://github.com/aFarkas/lazysizes') for lazyloading. How I can tackle this situation or what would be the right syntax for this situation. Below is the codepen:
