Describe the Question

每次安装的时候都会自动下载torch==2.0.1，但是我看requirements并没有要求。而且下载的是cpu版本，覆盖我的GPU版本。

我知道新版的CPU版本的torch会覆盖GPU版本的，所以特意没在requirements中要求。

但peft、transformers库的requirements写了torch要求，应该安装它们时覆盖了，可以先安装好peft、transformers，再装gpu版本的torch。
