[feature] Containerize with docker for easier installing and testing

The project needs versions of nodejs, pnpm, and mysql installed.

My request would be to containerize it:

• users that prefer docker can run one command and have everything running with the right versions.
• It would lower the barrier to contribution
• Once containerized it would also make adding tests much easier, especially email tests, which are required to login and use most of the features (I would be happy to contribute those)
