Installing Fritz plugin on HOOBS 4.2.8 not working

Plugin cannot be installed on HOOBS (Homebridge) 4.2.8. Error message (see below)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Fritz plugin on HOOBS
2. Click on Install
3. Error message (see below)

Expected behavior
Plugin installed was expected
