Plug-in not retrieving Inputs but is retrieving everything else

I have been trying to setup the plug-in with 2 Bravia TV same software version of TVOS. I get the Input box showing in Home but it will only display either apps, commands, etc.. No Inputs.

Here is what I see in the log:

the TV are model KDL-55W950B and KDL-40W600B and the software version is PKG3.004AAA.

Everything else appears to be working correctly. I am using PIN authentication.
