My serverless config creates a ECR image. ecr: images: data_retrieval: path: ./DataSource platform: linux/amd64
This works fine (as in the docker image is built and pushed - and added as a Lambda ECS Task.
But the task never gets an IP address assigned to it.
I confirmed this multiple ways.
First - I installed net-tools to my image.
Wrote a line at the entry point that would dump out the results of ifconfig -a
I've left it with no VPC - no IP
VPC on Public Subnet w/ IGW - no IP
VPC on Private Subnet w/ NGW no IP
