Unable to modify the HtmlContentEditor property more than once in the TypeScript (.ts) file.

Example: Assigning a new HTML element to this.form.body.value is effective only on the initial assignment. Subsequent attempts to execute the same line with a different HTML element result in a change of value, but this modification is not reflected in the user interface.
