Example with Webpacker (now default in Rails 6)

Especially with Webpacker becoming the default JavaScript compiler for Rails 6, it would be great to see the demo repo updated to support both Yarn & Webpacker.

@markoa Any progress on getting a webpack example up? I am running into issues with selenium tests that use javascript working in the 2.0 platform. Runs fine in the classic platform. Would appreciate an updated example that may help expose what my issue is.
