It would be nice to set breakpoints, freeze the col and rows and drag the divs around for responsive implementation.

Hey, @sdras

I would like to work on this. I created a rough mockup for the same.
For small devices as well, we can show the same AppGrid to drag and drop divs and fill a separate form. So users can clearly visualize the layout for smaller devices.

Limitations - User can only set one breakpoint.

Let me know your thoughts on this, so I can start working.
