Investigate periodic `failed` state of AKS VMSS #18

The AKS cluster providing services for my website wasn't reachable for two days because the underlying VMSS failed with the error:

"ProvisioningState/failed/NetworkingInternalOperationError"

This re-occured on 02/09/22 without having changed anything 🤷
