For horizontal lists, we should add arrows left/right so it's more apparent and easier to scroll across.

I think for mobile, scrolling works fine, but it's a little less intuitive/easy on desktop.

I think the arrow buttons or dragging functionality (for a mouse) would both be suitable options.

Arrows should be disabled for mobile?
