Automatic syncing with Jellyfin #397
Comments
Hey, |
Glad to hear you're enjoying it! We can surely add in a server wide setting for scheduling the Jellyfin sync task. There's a few improvements we need to make around the basic task runner we currently have, so we may roll each part out incrementally, just so this one task doesn't take 3 years. |
Continuation of #82.
We should perform a full sync against Jellyfin for all jellyfin users daily (probably daily?).
If it isn't too big of a task, creating a webhook address (should be created/started by admin) for jellyfin to send events to for live syncing would be great. Though I'm not sure that this is as important as the daily full sync (more of a side quest, if there is time and effort).
