on a new machine, fresh conda install:

Any thoughts on how to rectify? Thanks

Repeated on multiple occasions with clean install. Can't get past the issue.

Hi,

I assume you tried reinstalling edgeR as the error suggests?

Hi pmireland,
I have this issue when I use a certain image of Ubuntu in my VM, as it come with an incompatible R version. I either used a Centos image or used the docker option on Ubuntu. I hope that helps.
