updated newsblur docker after not updating in several months, models have changes that are not yet reflected in a migration #1820

heya i'm getting an error that looks like cause for concern, and my research into it brings me either to a previous thread of ours, or stuff about other projects…

Running migrations:
  No migrations to apply.
  Your models have changes that are not yet reflected in a migration, and so won't be applied.
  Run 'manage.py makemigrations' to make new migrations, and then re-run 'manage.py migrate' to apply them.

this was after doing a git pull --rebase and then make nb

my newsblur appears to be running, but it wasn't at some point in this journey…

also: how often would you recommend i update my newsblur?
