wsl-vpnkit has a undocumented effect on a distro once systemd is enabled, full uninstall info needed #243

If you have used wsl-vpnkit in some other distro with systemd, so when you start that one it starts wsl-vpnkit distro launching the script. All is good.

You install another distro enable systemd. Now that distro will not work, resolve domain names unless wsl-vpnkit distro is running. Note the only change made is enabling systemd via /etc/wsl.conf.

Also, I am fairly certain if you uninstall via unregister wsl-vpnkit, your distros will not be able to make outbound network requests. I think it is name resolution issues.

There is something else happening that needs to reset/uninstalled. Thanks for the help in advance.
