The following command fails on my system:
wsl --import wsl-vpnkit --version 2 $env:USERPROFILE\wsl-vpnkit wsl-vpnkit.tar.gz
wsl --import expects --import <Distro> <InstallLocation> <FileName> [Options]
wsl --import
--import <Distro> <InstallLocation> <FileName> [Options]
I think this should be wsl --import wsl-vpnkit /app $env:USERPROFILE\wsl-vpnkit wsl-vpnkit.tar.gz --version 2.
wsl --import wsl-vpnkit /app $env:USERPROFILE\wsl-vpnkit wsl-vpnkit.tar.gz --version 2
