The solution in this repo is to address DNS and other networking issues with WSL over VPN however the instructions in README.md include steps to attempt to download wsl-vpnkit using wget presumably from within the distro in WSL itself. The problem is however that if DNS won't resolve in the first place should it ever be expected that a user would be able to get this line to run properly?
After tinkering quite a bit I'm realizing that your README.md is not very idiot proof which is why I think I'm running into issues. If I'm able to reach some success I may have some suggestions to change in the documentation which I can put into a pull request which may help others who would like to try wsl-vpnkit a solution to their VPN/WSL woes.

Perhaps the README.md should specify an alternate mechanism for downloading wsl-vpnkit which would work prior to implementing the workaround?
