Pinch zoom inaccurate focus

pinch-zoom always focuses on the center of the image. The accurate behavior would be to keep the focus of the zoom where the user is pinch-zooming.

Focus works fine for double-tap, but not for pinch-zoom.

This works fine for me. Which browser ad OS are you using?
Please note that the focus point might get updated to the nearest possible value when you zoom in using any edge of the images. The next release will be more focused on improving the zoom experience. I'll try to improve this behavior as well

Chrome / Android 10.

First I thought there might be some implementation issue on my server. Then I tried demos on your website, and still the focus was incorrect. Please test this.
