Implement Dark Theme in Next Project

@zainbinfurqan Assigned you the issue but this would be done at the very last when every other issue is completed. If you have an idea to setup the basic color scheme for us so we can use that you can also create a PR after #571 is merged and solved.

@saadpasta I see still the migration is not done. I think tailwindcss can be implemented so that later colors and theme can be easily customized.
Do you think I work on this current issue and too with tailwind css
