I simply can't make this work. I tried reinstalling roop several times, insightface as well. I searched for any dependencies im missing and can't find any. I installed every package in visual studio that had a "c++" or "python" in the title and the error remains.
the image its generated but roop does not detect the face in the roop input, and the generated face is random. Can somebody tell this miserable noob what is doing wrong please?

I also get this, even after running pip install -r requirements.txt after activating the venv.
