Hi,

npm install is breaking since the dependency types/chai 4.2.0 only compiles with typescript versions > 3.0.0

Would it be possible to update the typescript version in devDependencies to > 3.0.0?

Steps to reproduce:

Clone repo
cd into repo
npm i
