Error: Cannot Read Properties

When editing a town I am receiving the following errors:
In the Government Section - Error: <>: bad evaluation: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'key')

In the Law and Order - Error: <>: bad evaluation: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'name')
<<print setup.getTownMilitary($town)>>

It seems to be unable to generate a description when parameters are changed.
