Text To SQL : Double Quotes around predicted SQL #9379

Hello

Suddenly started getting double quotes around SQLResult that is leading to Invalid SQL while executing.

Has anyone noticed it?
After stripping double quotes on sql_query_str, I can get the result. Is it ok to that?
