Pledges should decrement the wishlist item quantities

I know we discussed this earlier, but I think we need #95 before this enhancement makes sense. Do we want this?

Once an item is received, the number of requested wishlist items should decrement. This would help keep everything in sync with less manual work, but we definitely want to avoid false positives where items are never sent.
