Registration pipeline: Upload NIST code used for creating ROI/Mask templates, and/or convert to python and integrate in pipeline

Due to the deadline and being tight on time, the MATLAB code offered by Zydrunas @ NIST to generate the NIST phantom ROI mask template was run and uploaded to OSF (https://osf.io/abfmg/). I need to ask them what's the best way I can share their code (in this org or ask them to upload), and then possibly convert it to Python and integrate it to the registration pipeline directly.
