The info formatted in dispatcher was not shown in client's exception

I found that "response::make_error" in dispatcher::dispatch_call(), formatted some information, which is useful for debug. But it is not shown in client's call's exception (I found the related code the try-catch block in client::impl::do_read()).

I wonder if it will be better if the information in response can be shown along with the exception? thx
