Automations run when integration restarts or device goes offline briefly.

Hi,

i have an ongoing issue where my blinds open or close when they want to, i think this is when a device goes offline.

example
TUYA switch is set as an automation to move my blinds up or down, if that switch goes offline and then back on it will trigger the automation to move the blinds. Even though the switch is set correctly depending on the blinds position.

I also have an automation that brings 3 blinds up together using another TUYA switch, if i restart the integration it will always open the blinds even if the switch is set to keep them closed.

No TUYA devices can access the internet, its all coming from HA.

please help!
