driver: document how to configure for multi-ctrlr and multi-group setups #4

Triggered by #3: multi-controller and multi-group setups aren't very complex, but we should document how to do that.

I'll plan on writing up a tutorial on ABB ROS wiki when I get the two robots to come online on the single controller from #3 (including 2 separate controller, since that's easy).
